Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully repack your safe in its original box with all included hardware, keys, and manuals to ensure the unit is protected during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your return is authorized, we will provide a prepaid shipping label and help you coordinate a pickup or drop-off with our preferred carrier.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for damages, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
